After a three-month review of its $5 million interactive account, Royal Caribbean decided to stay with the incumbent, Havas' Arnold in Boston, the client said last week. Separately, Barbara Strut, the Miami-based company's vp of customer loyalty and e-marketing, said Royal Caribbean continues discussions with several undisclosed agencies regarding special projects.
