BOSTON Havas-owned Arnold is expected to return the RFP for Staples’ $60 million broadcast creative account, and has been talking to Cadbury Schweppes about pitching ideas for the client’s 7Up brand, sources said.

Along with Boston-based Arnold, shops expected to return the Staples document, which is due back with the client this week, are: WPP’s J. Walter Thompson in New York; Publicis’ Fallon in New York; Interpublic’s Deutsch in New York and Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos in Boston; Grey in New York; and Omnicom’s TBWA\Chiat\Day and Merkley + Partners, both in New York, sources said.
