BOSTON Havas’ Arnold today said it has elevated Karen Riordan to president of its office in McLean, Va. She had been executive director of the 100-person outpost of the Boston-based shop.
Fran Kelly, CEO of Arnold’s national operations, praised Riordan’s overall leadership, noting the office’s recent win of the Bahamas’ tourism business and its retention of the Amtrak account in a review this summer as key factors in her promotion.
Riordan has served at Arnold for 12 years, mainly in the Boston headquarters office, in various operations and client-service roles.
