ATLANTA Arnold said it is set to launch its advertising campaign introducing Celebrity Cruise Lines' newest ship, Celebrity Xpedition.
The Boston agency has developed television spots, radio and print ads for the Miami-based client. Print ads will appear in the March issues of Conde Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure and National Geographic Traveler, the shop said. Radio and television spots will air in nine major markets this quarter.
The ads are meant to blend the experience travelers have on land during their trip with the luxurious shipboard services and accommodations, the shop added. "Where the unspoiled meets the spoiled" is the tagline.
The Celebrity Xpedition will begin operating June 11, offering a series of seven- to 10-night trips to the Galapagos Islands, said Celebrity Cruises president and chief operating officer Jack Williams. The 296-foot vessel accommodates 100 passengers and 64 crewmates. Additional destinations such as Alaska, Antarctica and the Arctic will be announced at a later date, Williams added.
Campaign spending was not disclosed.
