BOSTON Consultancy Pile and Co. has named Melissa Bruckerhoff client services director of its marketing staffing unit known as the Communications Collaborative.
In her new post, she is responsible for the overall direction and management of the business, as well as client satisfaction.

"Melissa brings not only a great knowledge of the industry but also of the New England market. She is very adept at understanding our clients' needs and how to meet them."
She joins from Boston's Arnold, a unit of Havas, where she served as a management supervisor on accounts such as Citzens Bank, Gillette and Volkswagen. She has also held posts at Boston magazine and General Electric.
In addition to its staffing practice, Pile is best known for its oversight of account reviews. The company is currently managing competitions for Heineken and Staples, among others.
