BOSTON — Havas-owned Arnold has completed a deal to add most of the clients and staff of Panoramic Communications’ Earle Palmer Brown office in Bethesda, Md.

About 30 EPB staffers — including managing partner Charles Jones and creative director Woody Kay — will make the move to Arnold’s office in McLean, Va. Both become executive vps at Arnold, McLean. Jones will oversee agency operations; Kay will be evp, chief creative officer, a new post, effectively replacing Matt Smith.
