ATLANTA Arnika has recently relocated to a larger office on 19th Street in Richmond, Va., the shop said.
Michael Ashley, president and creative director at Arnika, said that the agency has grown in the past year, resulting in the need to move to a larger, more creative environment. The company first opened at its previous Richmond location on Sept. 11, 2001.
"Arnika managed to survive doing lots of project work for our own clients, as well as projects for other agencies," noted Ashley. "We don't characterize ourselves as an ad agency, but more as a media-neutral, creative think tank."
Arnika's new home is situated in the historical Shockoe Bottom district in downtown Richmond.
A new Web site is being developed to reflect the changes and improvements at Arnika, Ashley said.
The shop's current client roster includes the American Red Cross, the Jemicy School, Swedish Match, Virginia Commonwealth University and the VCU Adcenter.
