NEW YORK – Arizona Iced Tea, the hot-selling tea marketed by a pair of Brooklyn-based entrepreneurs who claim to hold no truck with Wall Street nor Madison Avenue, may go public, possibly as early as this spring. John Ferolito, president of Arizona marketer Hornell Brewing, said he’s had ‘exploratory’ talks with Goldman, Sachs & Co. regarding a possible initial public offering scheduled for some time ‘before the end of the next season’ in August. Included would be the tea business only, not Midnight Dragon, Crazy Horse or Hornell’s other beer lines.
