NEW YORK AQuantive said its fourth-quarter profits rose 73 percent thanks to a robust Internet ad market and its acquisition of interactive agency Razorfish.

AQuantive’s fourth-quarter net income was $7.1 million, or 10 cents per share, up from $4.1 million in fourth-quarter 2003. The profits were double aQuantive’s 5 cents per share guidance for the quarter.

The Seattle-based online advertising company said its fourth-quarter revenue was $60.7 million, compared to $18.5 million in the year-ago quarter.
