Tina Niclosi has progressed to principal and executive vice president at Oden. Prior to her promotion at the Memphis, Tenn., shop, Niclosi led the development of the marketing and account service group as account supervisor and then senior vice president. Jeff Blankenship has also advanced to vice president and associate creative director. An 11-year Oden veteran, Blankenship will have creative responsibility for half of the firm’s clients. In addition, Todd Strickland has been named chief financial officer.
