DALLAS “Applause” by Anheuser-Busch was voted America’s favorite television commercial on last night’s Super Bowl telecast, according to Adbowl, the online advertising ranking system developed by McKee Wallwork Henderson.

The Albuquerque, N.M., agency invited Super Bowl viewers to visit www.adbowl.com and rate the commercials on a scale between zero and five, with the former being a “fumble” and the latter representing a “touchdown.”

“Applause,” a salute to America’s armed forces, received the most votes with a rating of 3.9618.
