BOSTON – After three weeks of stops and starts, the request for proposals (RFP) for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Tobacco Education Media Campaign will be available on Monday, said DPH spokesperson Sarah Johnson. The delays in the $15-million agency review have been related to the process in the Mass. Senate to approve the funding of the first-ever anti-tobacco campaign in the Bay State.
