Agency Picks Up Nickelodeon’s Media-Only Account, Its Fourth Win in 2 Weeks

NEW YORK–Ammirati Puris Lintas here has landed media planning and buying duties for Nickelodeon following a review. The account is the agency’s first media-only win since Ammirati & Puris merged with Lintas Worldwide in 1994, according to Lee Doyle, a co-media director here.
The win also marks the start of what Doyle called “an active pursuit” of media-only accounts. While Ammirati has taken on the creative portion of accounts in the past, it has not previously pursued media-only work.
