ATLANTA: Ames Scullin O’Haire here last week was named agency of record for Danka Business Systems, an office automation company based in St. Petersburg, Fla.
The account, according to the client, is expected to bill in excess of $5 million next year. According to Competitive Media Reporting, Danka spent close to $5 million in 1996, but only $615,000 through July of this year.
The business had been with The Lipphardt Agency, which is located in Tampa, Fla.
