NEW YORK Ameritrade said Wednesday it is breaking a national ad campaign that humorously recognizes the fact that although individual investors have their own trading styles and personalities, they also have a mutual desire for simple pricing and programs tailored to meet their needs.

Seven spots breaking July 17 on cable channels such as CNN, CNNFN, Fox News and MSNBC will anchor the television effort for the brokerage, via Ogilvy & Mather in New York.
