BOSTON -- Pro Media has added buying chores on America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses' $10 million account, according to Kelly Carter, the client's vp, marketing & merchandising.
Doner, Southfield, Mich., has handled creative and media for about four years. The media shift to Pro Media, Natick, Mass., will be completed in 60 days, Carter said. No decision has been made regarding the creative assignment, he said. The Pennsauken, N.J., client is mulling whether to pull the work in-house or call a review, according to sources.
A Doner representative said agency and client have a agreed to part ways on both media and creative, citing "creative and strategic differences" but did not elaborate.
The retail chain operates more than 100 stores in 22 states.
