DALLAS America One Television Network has selected Affiliated Media Group to manage all advertising sales and marketing, the agency said.

America One, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is a 24-hour broadcast network that provides Western, equestrian and American values programming to more than 20 million households via nationwide network TV, cable and satellite distribution systems in the U.S.

"Our focus is to improve the image and branding of the network under the leadership of America One chairman and CEO Greg Brown," said Van Dalton, managing partner of AMG.

AMG, headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., has marketing, public relations and production offices in Dallas.

As AOTN continues to develop its programming properties, it will continue to aggressively seek additional digital satellite and cable distribution, the company said.

"Management believes that the unique position occupied by this channel and the importance of development of niche channels for the increasing digital and broadband marketplace is a key business strategy," Dalton said.

In January, the network will carry a full weekday prime-time schedule of sports, the company said. In addition to Canadian Football League games, AOTN will add the American Basketball Association and auto racing with the Champ Car World Series.
