LOS ANGELES First Tech Credit Union has unveiled its new logo and tagline, courtesy of independent AlloyRed Brand-Interaction Marketing & Advertising, an agency representative said.

The credit union, founded in 1952 in Beaverton, Ore., tapped AlloyRed, Portland, Ore., last May to evaluate its decade-old branding materials—including a 10-year-old tagline, “Banking outside the box”—and create an updated campaign.

AlloyRed’s fresh graphic and tagline response, “Think forward,” roll out this month throughout First Tech’s Pacific Northwest market, the rep said.
