MARC USA has appointed Monette Allen senior media planner and buyer. Allen comes to the Dallas shop from The Loomis Agency, where she worked as a print media buyer. The shop also has hired Deborah Clark as senior business manager. Most recently, Clark was a finance manager at MARC’s New York location.
