Leopold Ketel & Partners in Portland, Ore., has hired Stacia Allen as an account manager and Shirley Aaen as a media planner and buyer. Allen, who was previously at JohnsonSheen Advertising, will manage the agency’s Umpqua Bank and ODS Cos. accounts.
