The Family Friendly Programming Forum, a consortium of four dozen big TV advertisers, got good face time Sunday during CBS’s broadcast of Saving Milly. For the first time, the Forum reached out in TV spots to talk about its mission of bringing family-appropriate programs to network TV between 8 and 10 p.m. Saving Milly, a Magna Entertainment project, tells the story of journalist Morton Kondracke and his wife Milly and their struggles as Milly battled Parkinson’s disease (she died last summer).
