Riley and Co. in Meriden has recently completed design and production of collateral pieces for CIGNA Retirement & Investment Services in Hartford. The shop also designed a trade-show display and booth signage for Black & Decker's household products group in Shelton.

MAINE
Thomas Hillman Design in Portland has been selected by the following companies for package-design projects: Little Harbor Corp., a toy maker in Lewiston; Lukas Foods, a Biddeford-based provider of microwaveable foods; and Paris Co. in South Paris, a marketer of outdoor recreational products.

MASSACHUSETTS
Aigner Associates in Belmont has added the Boston Center for Adult Education and national hat retailer Lids in Westwood to its client roster.
Custom Communications Partners in Boston has been retained to publish Health Outlook, the quarterly newsletter of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care in Brookline. Custom has also been tapped by computer giant IBM to publish Multiversity, a quarterly magazine distributed to college and university administrators by IBM's Global Education Group. The publication focuses on the role of computers in learning, research and management.
The Weber Group in Cambridge has been retained by Giga Information Group, also in Cambridge, for public relations services. The agency has also been tapped by research and development firm SRI International and its subsidiary SRI Consulting in Menlo Park, Calif.
Cambridge Interactive in Cambridge has hired Dimond Communications Group for public relations duties.

NEW HAMPSHIRE
Eastlantic Advertising in Manchester has been named business of the year by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives and Business NH Magazine. The shop was praised for its donation of time and expertise to charities and its promotional work for the celebration of Manchester's 150th anniversary.
Almus & Lee Communications in Nashua recently unveiled Manchester Airport's redesigned Web site. The agency has also created a Web site for the Inn of Exeter.

RHODE ISLAND
Martin Thomas in Barrington has been named agency of record for Productive Plastics in Mt. Laurel, N.J. The agency had previously worked for the client on a project basis. The shop has also been retained by HPM Corp., a plastics processing machinery manufacturer in Mt. Gilead, Ohio.
