CONNECTICUT Cronin & Co. in Glastonbury was tapped to handle public relations for the Hartford-based Phoenix Home Life Insurance Co.'s sponsorship of the American Basketball League. National Westport in Westport created a video for General Electric on the GE Technolab at Epcot Center in Orlando, Fla. MASSACHUSETTS Andersen Products in Haw River, N.C., assigned its advertising account to Gun Design in Boston. Arnold Direct in Boston has added new services, including telemarketing and call-center solutions. TFA Communications in Boston was tapped by Avid Technology for a marketing communications program. The Weber Group was retained by Everyville, Calif.-based Sybase for strategic counseling and public relations. Neva Group in Cambridge launched an Internet services division, NevaNet Services, which will offer interactive marketing and public relations services, including Web sites and CD-ROM demos. Reputation Management was hired for public relations duties by AlphaSight Online Strategists in Boston. The Castle Group has relocated its offices to 15 Court Sq. in Boston. Philip Johnson Associates in Cambridge was tapped by Hewlett Packard's patient monitoring division in Andover and i-STAT Corp. in Princeton, N.J., for a marketing program. Dimond Communications was hired by Media Logic in Plainville for a public relations campaign to raise awareness of the company's data library products. Ward Communications in Boston was hired by City Sports to design newspaper inserts for The Boston Globe and The New York Times, as well as college and tourist packets for Boston, New York and Philadelphia stores. Schwartz Communications, headquartered in Wellesley, relocated its San Francisco office. Barrett Communications in Cambridge was hired by Spec Tools in Bridgewater for marketing services, including trade advertising and package design. The agency was also contracted to design a view book for Chestnut Hill-based Pine Manor College. BBG New Media in Stoneham redesigned Boston's WCVB-TV's Web site. The agency also unveiled a new site for Progress Software in Bedford. Marketing Engineers in Boston changed its name to Conduit Communications after merging with Conduit Communications Ltd. in London. BBL Advertising in Acton was named public relations agency of record for computer system provider Continental Resources in Bedford. Seidler Bernstein in Cambridge designed a product sales portfolio for biotechnology company Corning Samco in Acton. Pan Communications in Andover has added several public relations clients, including Brookstone Co. in Nashua, N.H.; Cascade Systems in Andover; Champion Exposition Services in Avon; Ensemble Information Systems in San Rafael, Calif.; Exchange Communications in Boston; Freudenberg Building Systems in Lawrence; The Holt Co. in Waltham; Inspectron Corp. in Woburn; NetOps Corp. in New Fairfield, Conn.; PC Expo in New York; Philippe Charriol in La Jolla, Calif.; and Raptor Systems in Waltham. Momentum Group in East Longmeadow developed a Web site for Curtis Universal Joint Co. in Springfield. C. Paul Luongo Co. in Boston was tapped by Visible Genetics in Toronto for communications and investor relations. Pierce Cote Advertising has relocated to 911 Main St. in Osterville. NEW HAMPSHIRE The Bedford Granite Group in Bedford has been chosen to handle marketing duties for the 1750 Project in Manchester. The project was initiated by Danais Realty Group to manage and lease the former New Hampshire Insurance Tower.
