ARKANSAS

Heathcott Associates in Little Rock has launched a statewide campaign for Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas, a wholesale supplier. The campaign consists of three television and four radio spots produced around a nursery rhyme theme.

Garvan Woodland Gardens, a new 210-acre botanical garden near Hot Springs, has chosen Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods of Little Rock as its first advertising agency.

FLORIDA

The Dalton Agency in Jacksonville has added four area accounts worth $2.5 million in total billings. The new clients are: ATS Professional Services, a corporate recruitment firm; Naturize BioSciences, a maker of crop-enhancement products; Snap Facts, an interactive TV venture formed with AT&T; and OAIC Jacksonville, a historic business district consortium.

Osprey Marketing Group in Stuart has been chosen by the Martin County Chapter of the American Red Cross to handle public relations and marketing duties.
