TEXAS Dieste & Partners has expanded its office in The Centrum, Dallas. The agency has acquired the space above its current facility and the two levels are joined by an internal stairway. Managing partner and founder of the agency Warren Harmel said, "We have experienced phenomenal growth and have significantly added to our head count." Tripmaster Corp. in Arlington, which supplies computer hardware and software to the trucking industry, has named Saunders-Ream, Dallas, its agency of record. The shop will be responsible for trade show promotions, trade advertising, direct response programs, collateral materials, Web page upgrading and publicity. Category experience has landed Kerrville-based Briscoe Hall the advertising account of Medina Agriculture Products Co. in Hondo. Medina makes soil activators and fertilizers for the home garden, agricultural and turf management industries. New clients and a 500 percent increase in revenue in the past 12 months have led M2K to relocate to a new address, a historic building at 522 East Sixth St. in Austin. Revenue last year rose to just over $10 million and new clients included TekSell in North Carolina, ObjectSpace and VirtuallyThere.com, both in Dallas, and Hoover's Online in Austin. Stuart Bacon Advertising & Public Relations, Fort Worth, will implement a public relations program for the $100 million expansion and revitalization of the North Hills Mall. The retail complex, located in North Richland Hills, wants to focus more on family fun than the retail experience. The agency is also handling publicity for the $70 million renovation at the Ridgmar shopping center in Fort Worth. Roger Christian & Co. in San Antonio has received a gold and bronze awards in Admissions Marketing Report's 15th annual Admissions Advertising competition. The gold was awarded for a 60-second television spot and the bronze for a newspaper ad executed for Texas A&M University, Kingsville. The agency also won a silver in Healthcare Marketing Report's Healthcare Advertising Awards for a four-color magazine ad produced for Warm Springs Rehabilitation System. Murray Brown Creative Group will implement a corporate identity campaign for Atlantic Equity Partners, a subsidiary of Atlantic Financial Group in Dallas. The Fort Worth-based agency has also been selected by Arlington-based Praesidium, formerly Child Safe Environments, to develop a corporate identity and marketing campaign. "Doorways to Deming," a marketing program on DVD for the city of Deming, N.M., has won Full Stream DVD, a Dallas-based digital media production company, a Telly Award. The project was shot and directed by company president Jay Rydman, with producer Laura Bohlcke and writer Patrick Gough. A colorful message, captured in just a few sharp phrases, is the platform for a new product brochure for software producer BindView Corp. of Houston. It was designed and produced by The Quest Business Agency. Senior art director and designer Rosario Laudicina and copywriter Michael Damon of the Houston shop worked on the 12-page brochure, titled "Create Certainty". Susan Malone Creative, Dallas, has produced a print and broadcast campaign, including eight television commercials and seven radio spots, for Dallas County Community Colleges. Actual students and teachers are featured in the campaign, which introduces the tagline, "Live and learn." Dallas agency Rare Medium has been selected to provide Web design support for eFANshop, a Dallas-based e-commerce startup that operates online sports stores for major Internet sites, including MSNBCsports.com. Tucker & Associates has retained the public relations accounts of two of its accounts. The Parking Spot tapped the Dallas agency to handle its marketing communications. The Chicago-based company, a subsidiary of PRG Parking Management, offers near-airport parking at 12 facilities across the U.S. Dallas advertising agency Square One has retained Tucker & Associates to assist in promoting its employee benefits program and business story on a national basis. Annual billings for the two accounts are estimated at more than $180,000. San Antonio agency GarciaLKS has produced two television commercials for the Bush for President campaign, which feature George P. Bush, the son of Florida Governor Jeb Bush, and First Lady Columba Bush. The Hispanic outreach ads--"Same as Mine" and "How About You"--in both Spanish and English were shown in the New York area ARKANSAS Forza Marketing Group, Little Rock, has received a citation of excellence from the American Advertising Federation in Las Vegas. The agency won the award for a logo design for Moore Pumphrey Architects, Little Rock. The same design won a gold Addy in the local AAF competition as well as the regional level in Dallas. The agency also won two golds and a bronze in Healthcare Marketing Report's 17th annual Healthcare Advertising Awards. Forza received a gold in the total advertising campaign and newspaper advertisement, single placement categories and a bronze in the television advertisement, single spot division. The award-winning work was commissioned by the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care as part of an advertising campaign promoting asthma awareness among the general public. Thoma Thoma Creative picked up two golds and two bronzes in Healthcare Marketing Report's 17th annual Healthcare Advertising Awards. The gold awards were for the Web site design for the Arkansas Children's Hospital and direct mail advertising for the St. Vincent Medical Center. Ads for the same clients in the radio advertising series and "other" categories, respectively, also won bronze awards for the Little Rock agency. The Hot Springs Advertising and Promotion Commission has extended its working relationship with Heathcott Associates, Little Rock, to promote the Arkansas city's amenities. Heathcott Associates has been the city's agency since 1998. The shop places a media budget of $1.5 million in 17 states to attract tourists to the city's thermal waters, lakes and various other attractions. OKLAHOMA Striegel & Associates, Tulsa, has been retained by the American Lung Association of Oklahoma to launch a multimedia educational community outreach program on asthma in children and adults as well as smoking among teenagers.
