A NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Bay View Bank selected Publicis Dialog, San Francisco, as its agency. Lighthouse Advertising & Design, a Silicon Valley communications agency, was selected by Embarcadero Technologies for advertising and promotions. A OREGON Mexican fast-food chain Del Taco chose Red Monkey Ads & Ideas in Portland for in-store print and packaging needs. A SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Estey-Hoover Advertising and Public Relations in Newport Beach signed Woodside Biomedical, Alacer Corp., Vitalife and Digi-Crane to its client roster. Saeshe Advertising in Los Angeles created Click2Asia's first national TV campaign in four languages. Pacific Communications, Costa Mesa, was named agency for Trylon Corp.'s PapSure. Drasnin Communications, Del Mar, was chosen by KVD Co. for a promotional brochure, Coffee Ambassador and StickyJam.com for corporate ID materials and Software Market for campaign positioning. The Rabuck Agency, Los Angeles, was named agency for Arco's Smogpros and ZLand.com. Walt Disney Co. executives Bran Ferren and Danny Hillis have formed a new firm called Applied Minds in Glendale.
