GSD&M, Austin, launched four 15-second television spots promoting Southwest Airlines’ sponsorship of the National Football League. The ads show fans acting oddly in everyday settings. In one, two groomsmen at a wedding pour a bowl of punch on the bride and groom–duplicating a common on-field ritual. Each of the ads ends with the on-screen lines, “Must be football season” and “Proud sponsor of the NFL.”
DDB Needham Dallas released the latest television commercial in an ongoing series for athletic shoe and apparel retailer FootAction USA, based in Irving.
