ARIZONA Moses Anshell has added three new clients: the law firm of Sacks Tierney; Sir Aubrey's Tea Co.; and Paloma Ranch, a private farm in Arizona. The agency is also moving its offices from Phoenix to Scottsdale. Rita Sanders Advertising and Public Relations has been retained by ConSyGen, a Phoenix company that has designed an automatic tool set for correcting the Year 2000 problem in computers. The Tempe-based agency will develop marketing communications programs for the client. IDAHO Oliver, Russell & Associates in Boise was named agency of record for Maravia Corp.'s three operating groups and brands: Cascade Outfitters, RiverWorld and Maravia Rafts. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Worthington Levy Creative, a direct marketing creative studio, has moved its headquarters from Southern California to the San Jose area. ABD Insurance Services has selected The Corsi Agency, a San Francisco-based advertising, design and public relations firm, to design its advertising and corporate identity. OREGON Eugene-based Obie Media Corp. has completed its acquisition of all outstanding stock of P&C Media, a transit advertising provider in the Midwest and East. Obie paid $7.5 million in current and deferred cash for the Langhorne, Pa., company. TriAd in Bend recently produced two TV and three radio spots promot- ing Central Electric Cooperative's new 24-hour customer-service phone center. Robley Marketing in Portland added Boise Cascade Corp.'s Engineered Wood Products division to its client roster. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA David Ullman has established Velocity Group in Pasadena, a new agency that will focus on strategic development and supporting tactical creative. Ullman previously headed Meade Ullman Advertising in Sherman Oaks, which recently closed its doors after 18 years. 3-Ring Circus, a Los Angeles-based creative agency, has developed Spanish-language campaigns for Sony Latin America, The Family Channel-Latin America, Once-Mexico, DirecTV-Galaxy Latin America, Warner Bros. Latin Channel and Canales -. The agency will soon launch an image campaign and identity package for Sony's Telemundo in Miami. Towne in Santa Ana has created a 16-page, full-color brochure that describes how to develop and implement ideas and actions in a successful direct marketing program. It is available to U.S. companies at no charge. On Target Advertising in Los Angeles recently redesigned the menus, logo and collateral materials for KWGB, World's Greatest Burger, a live radio station-themed burger restaurant at Universal CityWalk. Buena Vista Home Video enlisted Vista Media of La Mirada to create an illuminated billboard promoting the home-video release of Pocahontas II Journey to a New World. Biotech company Nexell has chosen Pacific Communications in Costa Mesa to be the lead communications agency for worldwide marketing for its Isolex Stem Cell Selection System. Big Bang Idea Engineering in San Diego was recently selected by San Diego-based Real Health Laboratories to create a nationwide branding campaign for the company's line of natural dietary supplements. WASHINGTON Delaunay/Phillips, Seattle, helped the Washington Traffic Safety Commission launch a public education campaign promoting the state's new drunk driving laws with a statewide media event on Aug. 27. Separately, the agency handled a media relations campaign for the Safeco Classic LPGA Golf Tournament, which was held Sept. 7-13.
