MICHIGAN The Berline Group in Bloomfield Hills will serve as agency of record for the Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit. The Detroit Metropolitan Marketing Association of Powerhouse Gyms selected Media..Period in Bloomfield Hills as its agency for media buying. MINNESOTA Maccabee Group, Minneapolis, was named public relations agency for ergonomics safety company Ergodyne and venture capital firm Capstone Ventures. New clients for Risdall Linnihan Advertising in New Brighton are Verdant Brands, The TPA, Thern Inc., American Med Tech and the Integrity division of Marvin Windows & Doors. Padilla Speer Beardsley in Minneapolis was named public relations agency for NeuroMotion, a medical technology company in Edmonton, Alberta. MISSOURI Dimac Direct in St. Louis was named direct marketing agency of record for the Jerzees Activewear division of Russell Corp., and was selected to create and manage new credit card direct marketing programs for First North America National Bank. J.S. Alberici Construction Co. chose MediaCross in St. Louis to handle its advertising, public relations and special projects. NEBRASKA Swanson Russell Associates in Lincoln has added three new accounts: interactive marketing programs for Farmer's National Co., a professional farm and ranch management company; communications services for Thomas Equipment Ltd.; and advertising and trade communications for the Polyon Ag Group unit of J.R.
