SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Windmill Lane Productions in Santa Monica recently produced a public service announcement that will launch the marketing campaign for The Garden Project, a San Francisco program that teaches prisoners to garden organically. The PSAs will appear throughout Northern California.
Western Initiative Media Worldwide's U.S. unit, based in Los Angeles, recently announced changes within the company. Its multicultural and direct response planning and buying teams, which had operated as stand-alone units, have been integrated into the Pacific region planning and spot buying departments.
Newport Beach-based Post-Agency Advertising was selected to provide the creative direction, marketing and communications for Diedrich Coffee's Bantu Blend. Diedrich is based in Irvine.

EMB Partners, a Seattle-based marketing communications agency, has entered into an exclusive alliance with EH+Y Media Services, a media buying unit in Santa Barbara, Calif.
DNA Brand Mechanics in Seattle was selected to develop brand positioning and marketing communications for AccessLine Communications Corporation in Bellevue.
