Marc Advertising has purchased Hadeler, Sullivan & Law, a $44 million Dallas agency, and merged it with LMS/Marc, the agency it acquired here last year.
The new company, Marc USA/Dallas, will have $75 million in billings and employ 80 people. David Hadeler will serve as president and chief executive officer. Former LMS/Marc president Carl Larkin will be vice president of the new entity.
“This is really beefing up our Dallas and Southwest presence,” said Tony Bucci, chief executive officer of Pittsburgh-based Marc.
