LOS ANGELES Colette Brooks, “chief imagination officer” at Big Imagination Group, has responded to accusations by California gubernatorial candidate Arnold Schwarzenegger’s camp that allegations of his groping women were planted at the Los Angeles Times by his political enemies to coincide with a well-timed “smear campaign.”

“I contributed [money] to Arianna Huffington’s campaign, but that’s neither here nor there,” said Brooks, who also acknowledged “design and execution” work for Huffington worth thousands of dollars more. “This is a matter of conduct, character and credibility, not an issue of partisanship.
