BOSTON – Arnold Fortuna Lawner & Cabot last week grew the old-fashioned way, eschewing buyout-related activity for a solid new-business pickup. The agency won the estimated $10 million broadcast and outdoor advertising assignment for Home Quarters Warehouse, beating out Bernstein Rein, Kansas City, in the final round of a quiet review. Saffer Advertising/Toronto, had handled broadcast work for HQ, including the well-known ‘HQ To The Rescue’ TV and radio campaign. Mutual Marketing/Weymouth, Mass., will keep the print portion of HQ’s account, which includes high-volume newspaper inserts and related projects.
