IPG’s Deutsch in New York won creative chores on Pier 1’s estimated $60 million ad account following a review, the client confirmed. Omnicom’s OMD in New York won the media chores in a separate review over IPG’s Initiative and WPP’s MindShare, sources said. Deutsch bested Publicis shops Fallon in New York and Publicis & Hal Riney in San Francisco, as well as independents Laird + Partners in New York and The Loomis Agency in Dallas.
