Mullen has won creative duties on Cablevision’s $50 million Voom high-definition satellite-network account, sources said last week. The Wenham, Mass.-based IPG shop bested sibling The Martin Agency in Richmond, Va., sources said. The incumbent, IPG’s Lowe in New York, resigned the account in April after the client sent proposal requests. New York consultancy Matchworks managed the review.
