BOSTON Ad agency Brand Content, commercial production house Element and post-production company Pisces have teamed to produce a 30-second public service announcement for the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N.Y.
The commercial features announcer Bob Costas and archival game footage set to a driving beat. A quick-cut visual style was employed to appeal to young audiences, said Christopher Palazini of Pisces, who edited the spot.
Pisces' Jimi Simmons directed the visual effects and Paul Canney of Element directed. Gene Visco of Brand Content produced, with Darryl Jelley overseeing the project as creative director. All three independent companies are located in Boston.
The spot will appear on cable networks' baseball broadcasts and on large-screen at stadiums nationwide.
