DALLAS Three Dallas-area ad agencies have merged to form a new shop called Numantra with 30 employees, 20 clients and billings of more than $20 million, the principals said.
The Mountain Group, Positive Brands and Taylor Law Advertising have teamed up to form the new agency.
Principals of Numantra are: Charlotte Ammerman, Tony Ammerman and Dave Evans, formerly of The Mountain Group; Mike Heronime, formerly of Positive Brands; and Susan Taylor and Gordon Law, formerly of Taylor Law Advertising.
Numantra will specialize in business-to-business, interactive and consumer advertising, said Tony Ammerman, the agency's CEO.
"The new mantra is about smart and useful integration—having more bandwidth and making it more accessible," Ammerman continued. "With Numantra, we've created a catalyst for clients to tap into, taking them beyond where they were able to go in their traditional agency relationships."
Numantra's headquarters are in the Las Colinas section of Irving, Texas.
