LOS ANGELES Santa Barbara City College has selected three Sacramento finalists in the review for an agency to develop a statewide financial aid campaign for the community college system, the client confirmed.
They are: WPP's Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide and independents Crocker/Flanagan and Runyon Saltzman & Einhorn, according to the client in Santa Barbara, Calif.
Billings for the one-year contract are roughly $3.5 million. The contract may be extended for up to three additional years.
Presentations are slated for April 13, with a decision expected by April 16.
