Procter & Gamble is reviewing its $2.5 billion North American media planning account, the company said last week. The incumbents, Publicis’ Starcom MediaVest Group in Chicago and Grey Global Group’s MediaCom in New York, are contending along with “a select number of new agencies” P&G said in a statement. A decision is expected by July.
