The California Lottery has narrowed the review for its Asian-American marketing account to two finalists. They are GlobalHue in Los Angeles and the incumbent, Time Advertising in Millbrae, Calif. The projected budget is $6 million over four years, with an option to extend the contract for up to two years. The finalists are slated to present case studies during the week of April 11. A decision is due by April 18. The move comes one week after McCann-Erickson in Los Angeles was named the winner of the lottery’s primary account.
