2 Shops Join Macy's Roster

NEW YORK Macy’s has added JWT in Chicago and White Space, a new brand consulting unit of Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners here, to its creative agency roster, according to sources.

The WPP Group and MDC Partners shops were chosen last week following a review that also included Interpublic Group’s Campbell-Ewald in Warren, Mich., and independent DeVito/Verdi in New York, sources said.

It could not be determined what assignments the shops will handle. Calls to the client went unreturned, although Macy’s parent, Federated Department Stores, has said that it planned to switch to a project set up after parting ways with IPG’s Lowe, which had been its lead agency [Adweek Online, Oct.
