CHICAGO Campbell Mithun chairman Bill Dunlap will retire from the agency in June, while Carmichael Lynch promoted Mark Feriancek to chief financial officer and managing partner, replacing Charlie Anderson, who is also retiring.

Dunlap, 65, has been with the Interpublic Group shop in Minneapolis since 1981, when he joined as president, and has been chairman since 1985. He will continue to consult with president and chief financial officer Les Mouser as chairman emeritus.

The retirement had been expected.
