NEW YORK Andy Fackrell and Richard Bullock have been promoted to joint executive creative directors at 180 to replace former executive creative director Peter McHugh, who left the agency in October to be chief creative officer at Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis.

Fackrell, 42, has worked on adidas ads at the Amsterdam, the Netherlands, shop, including “Beckham and Wilkinson,” featuring soccer star David Beckham and rugby standout Jonny Wilkinson trading sports tips; “Women’s World Cup,” showing a standoff between the U.S.
