Y&L Makes Moves

Young & Laramore in Indianapolis has made the following personnel moves:

• Barbara Biancalana (pictured) has been promoted to director of account management, responsible for the oversight, management and training of the account management department, reporting to Y&L president Tom Denari. She  joined the agency earlier this year as group account director.

• Adam Hoover becomes account supervisor, responsible for the day-to-day leadership of accounts including Stanley Steemer and YMCA. He joined Y&L in February, after working in public relations and event management. He will report to Biancalana.

• Leanna Poulard has progressed to account manager. She previously served as an assistant account manager, and will continue to be responsible for the day-to-day management of various accounts.

• Cory Schneider has been named assistant account manager, up from business development coordinator.
