Political speeches often include expressions of horror at how much the U.S. spends on healthcare. A poll by Deloitte & Touche looks at how different population groups deal with healthcare.

Among people who have health coverage, 37 percent are “currently undergoing treatment or participating in a program to help them manage a chronic condition.”
