BOSTON Kelliher Samets Volk has added Webster Bank to its client roster following a review of agencies in New England and New York.
 
The client spends about $2 million annually on ads, per Nielsen Monitor-Plus, and has hired KSV for creative and media chores, as well as digital campaigns.
 
Creative had been with Interpublic Group’s Avrett Free & Ginsberg, while independent Horizon Media handled buying.
 
Patricia Sze-Benash, vp, brand management at the bank, said KSV prevailed in the review based on its “customer-centric thinking and a comprehensive media approach that incorporated unexpected touch points.”
