Unilever’s Bertolli brand has gone from the freezer to the red carpet. The brand, which consists of frozen Italian food, has been behind the scenes at the Golden Globes and Emmy Awards, and was recently served by a chef to Bravo’s Kathy Griffin at an exclusive A-list NYC event. Then last week, the brand inked a deal with restaurant operator P.F. Chang’s China Bistro to produce a line of Asian-inspired frozen entrées under the P.F.
