LOS ANGELES Toyota Motor Sales USA’s parts and service division has placed its national radio creative and media at Fraser Communications after a competitive bid involving undisclosed contenders, the client confirmed.

Renee Fraser, president and CEO of the independent agency, said John Stein, senior vice president and creative director, and Leah Mitchell, vice president and media director, would head up the account. A campaign will break in 2005, she said.

“Planning and buying will be a big part of it,” Fraser said.
