Ingrid Otero-Smart will join Costa Mesa, Calif.-based Hispanic shop Casanova Pendrill in August as president, CEO, replacing Dan Nance, who will become chairman. Otero-Smart has been president of Anita Santiago Advertising for the last three years.Nance called Otero-Smart “a respected industry veteran who knows the Hispanic consumer and marketplace expertly.”
