Tiffany & Co. has launched a global media review, with agencies receiving RFPs for a brand that spends over $100 million annually.
The search to consolidate media, currently handled by multiple shops, follows Tiffany’s creative review in late 2013 which led to the selection, in February, of Ogilvy & Mather in New York and Paris. Tiffany said Ark Advisors is handling the current media agency search, which is said to still be at an early stage.
“In addition to our internal marketing department, Tiffany & Co. has decided to pursue an external media agency to further enhance our global business,” according to a Tiffany rep. “This is in addition to Ogilvy & Mather as the company’s creative agency.”
The company declined to provide further details.
